Founder and CEO of Trugence Science Limited, an Irish-based media firm.  

In the past 20 years, Vaus endeavored into consumer electronics, media, technology and non-profits.  A culmination of various industry experience triggered him to weave Economics, Technology and Media. Through the study and application of online systems, he found Trugence. 

 

Exposure in diverse industries was influenced by his roles as Managing Director and  Senior Strategist in Marketing/PR firms, Halomar Group and Future-Works, Inc. representing independent artists, start-ups to emerging technologies.

 

Consumer electronics began for Vaus in Management positions at Antec, Inc., in charge of OEM, Education and Retail distribution.  Introducing innovative products and creating partnerships with Hitachi, Lexmark Media, Good Guys, Frys and Best Buy.  Created new product categories and sales channels by assembling representatives in all sectors.

 

As the Sales Coordinator for Disco-Hitec, a Semiconductor company being his first exposure to technology, Vaus created marketing channels along with assisting infrastructure and ISO9002 certification, increasing budgets and sales.

 

 

In the non-profit sector, Vaus was the Founder/Executive Director of VirtualNation, an online educational and collaboration portal for Diasporas of Central Asia.  Resulting in various programs and initiatives for deploying human capital, conflict and resolution and initiating chambers of commerce. He is currently an Advisor to MMCC, an NGO in Central Asia and has initiated a Film Academy and Media Center.

 

Vaus studied for his B.A. in Economics (Austrian and Free Market Systems) at Hillsdale College, U.S. and International Economics and Monetary Systems at Oxford, U.K.
